Heading up team appointed jointly by the parties as Claims Administrator.  Implementation of settlement agreement terms, identifying direct, indirect and co-operation claims, sending out settlement notice, introduction of a bespoke registration website and case management database, administering the claims process and distribution of a settlement fund of €7.7m in countries all around the world.
